We are a Qualified Residential Treatment

Program (QRTP) and CARF-accredited group home located in Dayton, Ohio, dedicated to providing compassionate and specialized care for boys ages 8-21 with developmental delays. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment that fosters growth, learning, and personal development tailored to each resident's unique needs. By offering individualized service plans and a therapeutic setting, we empower each young person to reach their full potential in a nurturing, community-focused space.

Currently, we have three locations providing an opportunity for new residents to join our program and benefit from our quality care and support. Each location is equipped with trained staff and resources designed to meet the specific challenges and goals of developmentally delayed youth. We look forward to welcoming new residents and continuing our mission to make a lasting, positive impact on their lives.

Counseling

In this program we help each boy determine and achieve their own goals and set the course for a successful adult life. Since each resident is unique, a service plan is tailored for each youngster.

Weekly Schedule

The boys will meet weekly with the group home’s social worker to deal with personal and family issues and treatment goals. Every three months, each boy's progress is reviewed, and the treatment plan is adjusted accordingly.

Services Provided

Services supplied by the Boys to Men group home include housing, transportation, dietary, and personal care needs. All residents live in a home-like residential environment complete with bed, bath, storage, and laundry facilities. Staff members assist residents in obtaining clothing, shoes, and grooming supplies along with supervision on caring for themselves and their belongings.
